By accessing or using BullionStackers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
BullionStackers is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of physical precious metals — gold, silver, platinum, and palladium — in the form of coins, bars, and rounds priced near spot value. We provide listing, messaging, reputation, and shipping coordination tools. We are not a dealer, broker, or escrow service. Every transaction is between the buyer and the seller, who is the merchant of record.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account. The Service is currently available only within the United States, with shipping limited to USPS domestic services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may require identity verification before enabling certain selling features.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including the sale of counterfeit or stolen bullion
Misrepresent the metal content, weight, purity, or condition of any listing
Manipulate reputation scores or post false reviews
Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or coordinate transactions outside the marketplace after a connection was made through it
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious code or content
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of the items they sell, and the fulfillment of every order — including packaging, shipping, and any insurance coverage they choose to provide. Buyers are responsible for paying promptly using one of the seller's accepted payment methods, providing an accurate shipping address, and confirming receipt of payment and delivery within the platform.
BullionStackers does not take possession of inventory, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.
Most payments on BullionStackers are sent directly between buyer and seller using off-platform methods (such as Zelle, Venmo, PayPal Friends & Family, ACH, or wire transfer). Card payments processed through our integrated payment provider settle directly to the seller. BullionStackers does not act as a money transmitter, and at no point do funds from a buyer pass through accounts owned or controlled by BullionStackers.
BullionStackers offers a free tier and several paid subscription tiers with reduced platform fees and additional selling features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. A platform fee is charged to the seller on each completed transaction; the amount depends on the seller's subscription tier and the order total. Current pricing is shown in the app, and we may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
All shipping is the seller's responsibility and is currently limited to USPS domestic services. Sellers set fixed-rate shipping prices on each listing. BullionStackers offers an optional Delivery Protection program that reimburses the at-risk party on eligible orders if delivery cannot be confirmed by USPS — coverage begins at the first USPS acceptance scan and ends when USPS marks the package Delivered. BullionStackers does not arbitrate disputes between buyers and sellers. Parties are expected to resolve issues directly through the in-transaction messenger, which unlocks once payment is confirmed. Reputation consequences apply to specific exception scenarios (such as a seller canceling after payment or a buyer abandoning a split-payment order). Buyers and sellers may leave star ratings and written reviews after a completed transaction. Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine experience with the counterparty. We may remove reviews that violate these terms or applicable law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BullionStackers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of listing content, photos, and forum posts you create, and you grant BullionStackers a non-exclusive license to display them within the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or other conduct that puts the marketplace or its users at risk. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings, subject to completing any in-flight transactions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BullionStackers does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or delivery of any item listed by a seller, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction between users.
By creating an account and providing your mobile phone number, you have opted in to receive text messages from Bullion Stackers, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, transactions, security, customer support, and other service-related communications. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive marketing and promotional texts.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Bullion Stackers customer support.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Bullion Stackers respects your privacy. We will never sell or disclose your personal information or use your data for purposes unrelated to operating and providing our services. Period!
